A welcoming village local, this free house has separate public and lounge bars plus a restaurant. Pool and darts are played. The walls of the quiet lounge bar are covered with photographs of Wrangle and the surrounding area. The house name beer is in memory of the previous landlady. Currently no food is available, although requests can be made in advance for Friday senior citizens lunch or Sunday carvery. The outdoor smoking area is heated.
